  We had a great experience with Eric from start to finish. Communication was consistently clear and timely, which made the whole process feel far less stressful. He also gave genuinely helpful advice along the way, explaining options clearly and helping us make good decisions without any pressure. Most importantly, when a few things inevitably didn’t go to plan, he took responsibility and made sure they were put right. No excuses, just action and follow-through. Highly recommend if you want a builder who’s professional, solutions-focused, and easy to work with.

  Riccon Homes is a Quality and reliable builder. Eric is a young, energetic, and knowledgeable builder. I am an engineer with over 40 years of experience, and I closely monitored the construction process from earthworks and structural stages through to final finishes. Eric not only engaged high-quality tradespeople, but also personally supervised every stage with great care and attention to detail. He was always available, kept the site clean and safe, and followed a well-organised, step-by-step construction program. Both of my townhouses were completed within 10 months. Eric also provided great flexibility in selecting the kitchen, flooring, appliances, and light fittings. For the outdoor works, he offered sound, practical advice on value for money and product longevity. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him.

Everything was done on time and to a high quality standard! Eric is very accommodating, professional, and very trust worthy. Definitely recommend Eric & his team for construction/renovation jobs!!
