I contacted Chris at Frerker Homes about some major maintenance issues with our home after seeing their board at another house in our estate. Chris responded in a timely manner and organised to come over to look at the issues first hand before giving a quote. Based on his friendly manner and obvious expertise in this area, we engaged Chris and the team to help us with our issues. Throughout the project Chris and Simon and the team kept up excellent communication with us to let us know what was happening on the project and what the next steps were. When we encountered issues with one aspect of the project, Chris was very open with us about it and explained how they were going to solve it (with little or no cost to us). Chris was engaged on a daily basis and was always ready for a chat or with advice. They always worked to our schedule and made every attempt to co-ordinate any subcontractors to align to our availability so as not to cause us any inconvenience. I would definitely engage Chris and the team again for any major works around the home and can highly recommend them on value for money and attention to detail.
