I did not know that renovations could go quite so smoothly! Dale's communication throughout the project meant that we knew why and when everything was happening. His ability to schedule works and trades meant that there was little down time and work happened efficiently. The quality is wonderful, and he has a practical approach that makes the place a really pleasant and comfortable home. Things that we never would have thought about have been brought to our attention with solutions that make our home function better. Transparency about costs meant there were no budgetary surprises. Could not recommend more highly.

Dale and his team have been wonderful to deal with. Open, honest, hard working with very high standards of integrity. Their work is amazing, and nothing is ever a problem. There is always a solution, built around honest cost effective recommendations. They also had me back in my home as promised, and on time. I highly recommend them, and only wish I had a time machine to have engaged them sooner.

Dale is absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very empathetic and so amazing in our extraordinary circumstances. He and his team completed the job quickly and to a very high standard. Dale has excellent communication skills, always keeping us informed on the progress of the project and explaining what was going to happen and when. His management of the necessary trades was impeccable and everything flowed very smoothly. Nothing was too difficult for Dale and he made very good suggestions on alternative ways to do things as well as making small additions that we had not considered which would have added a lot of value to our property. We would highly recommend Chipbuild Constructions.

Chipbuild Constructions was recommended to us by a friend, and we weren’t disappointed. Dale Connor is very professional, and his work is of the highest level. He ensured the work from the trades he engaged such as plumbers, painters etc, met his high standard. His employees were very considerate about the noise or disruption made and the protection of our home, when removing windows, receiving deliveries etc. They always left the work site tidy and safe at the end of each day. We have an active Kelpie dog and Dale’s team always ensured his safety and security. Dale’s management of our Alfresco project was outstanding, and his communication is excellent. If you’re renovating or extending your home, we highly recommend Chipbuild Constructions.
