Wonderful Experience so far !! I was planning to build large custom design single storey home for my family and after discussion with various builders in the industry, I decided to go ahead with Rex homes about a year ago. My project construction value is around $500,000 (36 sq) with all the premium inclusions that are usually not available with other volume builders. I worked together with Rex Homes and gone through all the processes involved in building during our initial consultations. Their team is very helpful and diligent in explaining the pros and cons during designing and colour selection stage. They have already completed slab stage few weeks ago and framing stage last week. I am very happy with the process so far and would like to thank all the team especially site supervisor Matthew Bell who is easy to approach and very detailed. I have also engaged independent inspector for various stages and my builder has no issue with it. Rex Homes was recommended by my friend and we are overjoyed with the quality of work and timely finish of the house. It has been built as Custom designed plan which suits our need and price that's fits in our budget. Flooring and kitchen set up has come very nice and bright along with Bosch kitchen appliances. We started this journey two years ago, when we bought the house and land package at Merrifield Estate Mickleham and today we have seen the real result in the shape of "Excellent Home". From the day of purchase, till the house completion, every thing has come up very nice and we are thankful to Rex team. We have built 4 bed room custom design 32 Sqrs house, from design stage to selection of items, such as Glossy kitchen, Bosch kitchen appliances, Clipsal light switches, high doors, every thing is high quality and we are thankful to all team members specially Michael (Building Supervisor) who has produced such a nice quality home for our family. Had a good experience with them. They have a very good and helpful team. Thanks John for a wonderful execution of a floor plan. The slope on my block was very challenging and many major builders walked away from it. Rex team and staff looked after well. Just going through my home while it is in the framing stage. Charlie and his team have done a great job so far from design/concept stage to colour selection, as well as construction stage. It has been my best experience to deal with such a professional team of people, dealing with 3rd generation family builders under Charlie Xuereb has been a hassle free exercise which makes me a happy and satisfied client.
