  I have a home build being constructed by them and there was an issue that came up in the build that was a result of a misunderstanding that made a me a bit anxious about the whole thing especially in the current state of market. After some talks through the REA we came to a decision on how to rectify the issue and I believe it's a fair resolution and shows their professionalism. The home is only in the frame stage but from inspecting previously built homes the quality of the homes looks quite good and they are using good quality materials.

  Dez and the Team at Pembroke Homes built an amazing home for us in Reservoir. They were able to make modifications to fixtures, fittings and finishes to suit our personal tastes. They kept us up to date throughout the build. Dez has been responsive and very helpful in answering questions and assisting post moving in with a couple minor cosmetic issues. Would highly recommend Dez and the Team for your next build.
