  As a first home buyer, I bought my townhouse in Cash Grove, Mountwaverley built by Pearl Homes, there are few common issues which is understandable. I got the builder Kav's phone number from the agent and there are some issues need to be fixed in my home. The house was settled on 19th of June and it's 24th today, He did attend to my home to see the issues and committed to fix them. But I'm still waiting. I do understand that it takes time to make all the appointment, I just wanted to see if they could be sooner. Despite all these, Kav is a good man and I've hear kind words from people saying pearl homes is a decent company. I am waiting for them to fix these issues and will comment a review again. Update: Still waiting for them to organize someone to fix these issues, they have inspected but haven't take any action yet. Jerry.

  We built our 4 townhouses with Pearl and managed to hand over before contract timeframe. We did have some disagreements however in the end thanks to Shweta, Kav and the team helped deliver the project...

  We built our 4 townhouses with Pearl and managed to hand over before contract timeframe. We did have some disagreements however in the end thanks to Shweta, Kav and the team helped deliver the project in time for Christmas 2020. The townhouses look great and we hope to settle into our new houses! Thanks Pearl team
