  Panorama -826 Whitehorse Rd Box Hill I recently purchased an apartment at Panorama 826 Whitehorse Rd Boxhill. Once I moved in I had issues with the windows not closing, Doors not locking, toilets not flushing and some other minor defects throughout the apartment. I contacted Jason from Maxcon as advised by my building manager and to my suprise, Maxcon responded the same day. All my defects were completed within 2 weeks. As an experienced owner of apartments I would like to say this is the best service and turn around time from a builder i have ever received.

  I have owned an apartment in the MAXCON-built Palladium building in Southbank, City Road. I was highly impressed with the quality of the apartment. Very stable and solid build. I was quite amazed with the fact that my apartment had no defects. It was difficult to believe at first considering that, over the years, I had experienced some horrible (new) apartments by other builders in South Yarra, Prahran and other parts of Southbank. So I kept checking and checking all over the apartment. Even some 2 years later, when I had damaged a balcony door handle - they responded to my warranty call within 2 hours - which was also difficult to believe at first. It seems the building industry has some strong players when it comes to quality - and it took me over 10 years to come across them. Thank you MAXCON.

  I'm the owner of an apartment at the Mercer in Mercer St Geelong. I've had a long outstanding water leak in my apartment . I had been dealing with maxcon for almost 2 years and getting nowhere. Jason Lee new defects manager was a breath of fresh air. I noticed a big difference in care and communication instantly. With in 3 months after waiting 2 years I have my water leak fixed and a new timber flooring as it was water damaged. Faith restored. 5 stars.

  As an avid investor, I have encountered and purchased many a property from various large building firms and none have produced such great quality and attention to detail as Maxcon Construction have. When we settled on our investment apartment at St Paul's Tce in Fortitude Valley Brisbane, there were a few minor defects, which in my experience, are to be expected when buying into an apartment building or any build for that matter. What counts is how the Builder and his crew goes about rectifying these issues for you. We were very fortunate to have dealt with two very professional and most helpful Maxcon employees, Sean Chapman and Toby Grayson. They were a delight to communicate with and nothing seemed to be a problem for them to rectify for us and they did! I couldn't recommend buying into one of Maxcon's builds more highly or dealing with one of their very professional staff members.

  Having dealt with Maxcon as a sub contractor for many years, the quality of their work is fantastic. The projects in Queensland managed by Sean Chapman were run professionally and were delivered on time and to a high standard. I would have no problem investing in a property developed or built by Maxcon.
