  Going into our first new home build we were nervous about our builder selection. We were fortunate to be able to walk through 2 or 3 MPR builds before making a call on what builder to use, and based on what we saw in these builds we knew if the standard of the construction and finishes could be replicated for our home, we would be extremely happy. And sure enough not only did MPR exceptionally deliver on this, they were also competitive on the build cost compared to other builders in our area. MPR also took the stress out of the build for us, accommodating tweaks and changes along the way. A big thank you to Michael and Jarrod in particular, we could not recommend MPR more and will use them if we ever build again.
