  We built our home with Leneeva Homes two years ago, and the entire process was smooth and transparent from start to finish. Joe and his team were extremely professional and guided us through every step, which we especially appreciated as it was the first time we built. We’ve now been living in our new home for almost two years, and the build quality has been excellent. We’ve only had a couple of minor issues, and Leneeva Homes has been very responsive and helpful in resolving them. Communication has always been great — before, during, and after the build. If you’re looking for a quality builder who values transparency and integrity, look no further. I highly recommend Leneeva Homes!

  From the very first concept meeting to walking through the door of our newly completed home, the entire journey with Leneeva was outstanding and like being part of their family. At every step Joe and his team worked with us to offer opinions and solutions to bring our vision to life all whilst keeping us in budget. Every small detail and every finish was more than we could have hoped for, our very simple brief of open, earthy and homely was more than met. Ending in a beautiful, energy efficient and ergonomic home we are in love with. I could go on and on about the knock down re-build project with Leneeva, however all I need to say is; I would only use or recommend Leneeva for any future building projects. Thank you for building our dream home and understanding (with patience) our many change requests. Love it, Clare, Glen and Bronte!

  We had a fabulous experience building with Leneeva Homes and I can highly recommend them as a building company. The Leneeva team themselves are wonderful to deal with and all trades that we met through Leneeva were exceptional in terms of their responsiveness, friendliness, care and workmanship. Leneeva were happy to answer all our questions and put a lot of time and effort in before we had even signed up to go ahead. This time and effort then continued the entire way across the building process and even after we had moved in, ensuring that everything was working effectively and we had settled in ok. A totally positive experience from the very start to the very end and a beautiful house we are very happy to be living in for a long time to come.

From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, making the entire process feel smooth and manageable. As first-time homebuilders, we had many questions, and the team was always ready with prompt, thorough answers backed by their extensive experience. We worked closely with Joe, Todd, and Asher throughout the project. They were fantastic at guiding us through the process, keeping us focused, and ensuring we stayed on schedule and within budget. Todd, our site manager, stood out in particular — he was always available, proactive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran according to plan. His regular updates and problem-solving approach were invaluable. As the project evolved, the Leneeva team remained flexible and collaborative. They worked closely with us to adapt when needed, always respecting our vision while offering expert advice without compromising the quality of our build.
