  We have now been living in our new home (Saba 250) for 3 weeks and loving everything about it. We had a few delays but nothing to drastic. The end results have really been worth the wait. We feel our home has been built to quality standards and is exactly what we envisioned from the start. Overall, we had a great experience building with Mimosa and wouldn't hesitate to build with them again.

  We are honoured and happy to write this review with our first stage of building our first home with MIMOSA and wanted to share our experience. We met @Rajeev Sethi, the sales consultant, at the Mickleham display, and he truly stood out to us. We had just purchased land in Wollert and expected to title soon . While we had been discussing plans with other builders, Rajeev's extensive knowledge and patience was incredibly best and he never disappointed us with the drawings and the customized plans to beat the price that we have got from other party builders. We strongly and highly recommend him for your next built. Looking forward for our next phase of our built.

  Our experience with Mimosa Homes has been an awesome experience from our Sales Consultant till our handover. We had a smooth ride during the whole process. Our SS and our CSO have been amazing, Excel communication, very understanding any concerns we had during our journey our SS and our customer service officer were definitely reassuring that everything will be actioned, we trusted the process and took a step back and definitely were not left disappointed. The quality of the products were great however we also did upgrade and made many changes. Definitely thrilled with the outcome. The cost of the build was bang on right. Hopefully our six months maintenance ticks off all of the above.

  Overall I'm very happy with the quality of my home. As to be expected there have been a few very minor issues but these are being rectified by MIMOSA. The whole process with MIMOSA has been very professional and they have always communicated very well and replied to my emails and enquiries promptly. MIMOSA had a great range of floorplans to choose from and I found their pricing and range of inclusions extremely competitive. I would not hesitate to build with them again.

  We recently built our home with Mimosa home. We had very good experience. Very good customer service. Very professional and built was as per plans. All The work was very well finished. We are so happy with the smooth ride from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone who is thinking to build a new house.

  Update 07/07/22 I have moved into my dream home thanks to Mimosa homes and especially my site supervisor Rob. Rob has been amazing throughout my entire build! He has had great communication with me and never given me BS.. Any little thing that popped up Rob jumped on it straightaway and got it sorted. I hired a private inspector to inspect every stage. He was quite impressed by the quality and any minor things he picked up Rob sorted out quite quickly and kept in contact with me and my inspector. I greatly appreciate Rob for all his efforts during my build.. he has delivered a beautiful home to me and I can’t thank him and Mimosa Homes enough! Oct 2021- I’m currently building with Mimosa homes and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I have received. Like everyone else, Covid has caused some delays.. there has also been issues with other builders next to my lot using my fenced lot as their own personal dumping ground. I had issues with settling my land and even the bank made errors.. and through every hurdle Mimosa homes have helped me through it. They are understanding and experienced a d go above and beyond to ensure anything they can help with with goes as smoothly as possible. My customer service office is outstanding in every way. Dream home here I come!
