  We first got introduced to Long Island Homes back in 2023. During our visit to their office, we had the pleasure of meeting the CEO, who was incredibly down-to-earth and guided us through the entire process. We were also supported by Chandra, who was consistently communicative and respectful, and Donna, who guided us every step of the way. Donna showed us the display home, was in charge of looking after our file, and maintained impeccable communication through emails, texts, and calls. There was never a day she wouldn’t respond, and if she missed a call, she would always follow up promptly. The communication was truly top-notch. We also want to highlight Aiden, who handled our finance matters with great patience, even when we faced delays in approval. Everyone was incredibly understanding and supportive throughout the entire journey. Thank you once again for making this journey such a positive experience!

  I waited an entire year before writing this review because I wanted to truly experience the quality of the work and service over time—and I’m happy to say thatLong Island Homes exceeded all my expectations! Their craftsmanship has stood the test of time, and their after-building support has been nothing short of amazing. Even a year later, they continue to prioritize customer satisfaction and address any minor issues promptly and professionally. We had an amazing experience working with Long Island Homes! Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, they demonstrated incredible dedication and professionalism in completing our home. While the process understandably took longer due to the circumstances, the end result was absolutely worth the wait—our new dream house is stunning, with every detail carefully crafted to perfection. Thanks you Danae, Dave What truly sets them apart is their exceptional after-building service. Even after the project was completed, they were always available to address any concerns or touch-ups we needed. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly unmatched.   We had a fantastic experience working with Mr Craig , chandrakant Bhatt and team from lond island home Victoria . From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and highly skilled. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the project was completed on time and within budget. Communication was clear throughout, and they were always happy to answer questions or make adjustments as needed.   We took possession of our new home on the 28/04/2023. What an amazing job Long Island Homes did with our new place. From the time we looked were looking at the displays in Aintree (Western Suburbs (Victoria)) to the time the build began. Nothing was ever a problem with Long Island. We had our colour appointment in October 2021 where we spoke to our interior designer and went through everything step by step. We were suggested but not pressured into choosing certain things over others as it would go better and it was really exciting to see our colour scheme come together. It was re-assuring that we had an expert to help us through this step. On the same day we met with our Client Liason and from day one she was amazing. Whenever we had a question even a stupid question she answered them and assured us that there were "No Stupid Questions" anything we wanted to know was just a quick e-Mail or a phone call away. Sometimes things weren't answered on the same day but definitely by the next day they were. Long Island Homes poured our slab Late May 2022 and we waited for about 7 weeks because of the wood shortage which they could have of added onto the contract. We noticed that there were little things happening all the time and we were happy with the progression. (I guess people need to understand that we are not their only customers and although things may take a little while to get done Long Island Homes won't forget about you.) They gave themselves 368 days to build our home and we were in in 341 days. We were a little worried about supply issues with bricks and things like that but it just never happened. Everything just progressed so well. All the trades we spoke with were happy and polite to us. There was never any issue about not getting paid for doing work from Long Island Homes. Finally about 18th of April 2023 we had our PCI inspection. We did find a few little minor issues with paintwork, windows and guttering (Not Long Island Homes fault) dented by a builder next door. But these were all very minor and were fixed before the 28th of April when we moved in. At the handover our supervisor showed us all the things that we had pointed out that had been fixed and that we had a few appointments where the trades people would come and connect everything for us. He said to us if there are any issues simply write them down and we will address them at the 90 day maintainance meeting, and we were more than happy with that. We are so happy with Long Island Homes and would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a good quality home for your family or friends. They have done a spectacular job with our home and we couldn't be happier.

  A quick click through their Facebook Ad let us to Prince (great salesman). After having had a horrible experience with Metricon and losing trust in builders generally, he was able to convince us there are still people and companies within the building industry who are focussed on building and delivering dreams of others. Long Island Home and their team do just that!! Danae our client service officer has been instrumental in the process. She is great to deal with, explained the process from end to end to us and kept us informed regularly on progress. Hayley, our interior designer has also been absolutely great to deal with. Sean, our site manager is a very easy going person, super dedicated to his job and listens! The whole team is amazing, great communication, flexible, respectful, reliable and take time to understand what you want as a client making what is probably the biggest investment of your life. We received our keys within 9 months after construction started for a double story house which was unbelievable post COVID! Our experience was seamless, no hick ups, delays or concern through the whole process. Long Island home have one of the best double story floor plans of premium quality which looks and feels exceptional. We highly recommend Long Island Home and their team.

  PHENOMENAL SERVICE and nothing less! We were apart of the Porter Davis circus and had to engage with a builder who has the expertise and experience required to help navigate our build from slab stage. From the day we engaged with Prince (sales consultant) in the Woodlea estate, he made us feel so comfortable and confident that our dream home was still a possibility despite all that we had been through! He was able to show us many designs and cater to all our requirements. Finally we reached contract stage and were met with Hayley and Kassandra who were also great! Once our file got to site, which probably only took 2 months from land title, we met our site supervisor Joe Raso, he exceeded our expectations and managed to finish our home within 8months. Joe was literally our saving grace! He was always so attentive, literally responded to all our questions and concerns at any given moment - exceptional client satisfaction! Seriously because of our experience with Joe, we will be building all future homes with Longisland Homes! Joe literally took over and ran our job smoother than a baby’s bottom! We also had a few minor hiccups here and there as they happen, but nothing got in the way of our timelines and completion time. If anything, Joe manager to move our build along so quick, we ended up finishing well before our expected finished date. No words will ever be enough to describe our gratitude towards Joe and the team at Longisland Homes! We have been in our home for 3 months and we are still in awe! Thank you so much!!!
