  I want to give a huge thank you to my builder and especially to Halid K for the exceptional warranty care and customer service they provided. Recently, one of my painted doors had a patch of paint peel off after I removed an adhesive hook. Halid immediately organised everything — he arranged for the door to be taken away, had it professionally repainted with a perfectly matched colour, and had a technician reinstall it as if the accident never happened. The result was flawless. Throughout the entire building process, Halid has always been the one offering guidance, reassurance, and practical solutions. Building a home — especially a knock-down rebuild — can be daunting for a first-timer, but having someone like Halid makes a world of difference. His attention to detail, prompt communication, and genuine care for the customer have made the whole journey so much smoother. I’m truly grateful for the support and professionalism. Highly recommend!
