  We built a home with Malishev in 2022-2023 and could not be happier with the outcome. Luke the salesman was very busy in the initial design phase as we made many changes. He helped us stay within budget and came up with a solution that maximized the Northern aspect of our land. Malishev in our experience was transparent and flexible in how they could accommodate our budget which they did numerous times throughout the project. Jim the construction manager was great to deal with as his experience showed in the other trades quality and the overall management of us as customers and the end result. Now we have an amazing home, one that our kids and garden can grow into.

  We built with Malishev Homes in 2020 (knock down, rebuild) and had an excellent experience. Every step from design to hand over was professionally handled with a great level of detail. The project manager (Paul Hageman) was particularly outstanding in his approach, availability, communication and great suggestions during the build. Not only did we get an A+ quality home, but the post handover service has also been exceptional. We had a few minor issues in the first few years, which were attended to expertly and expediently. Highly recommend!

  We built with Malishev from 2022-2023 and it was as good an experience as building a dream home could be. The team were extremely pragmatic in their approach from design to construction. Even post handover, any issues have been dealt with promptly and without hesitation. They treated us like family which made the journey memorable. Special thanks to Paul/Matt Malishev & Paul Hageman. If we ever built again in Geelong they would be our builder of choice. Support local - bless up !

Communication was always proactive and we felt comfortable that we were being kept informed throughout the building project. We would not hesitate to recommend Malishev Homes to anyone wanting to design and build a quality custom home.

  Malishev built our new home in St Leonards and we had an excellent experience. Luke as the relationship manager was professional, upfront and responsive. The building team were a pleasure to deal with and Jim in particular was very reliable and worked closely with us. They are not cheap but the quality is there. Highly recommended.

The quality of the build inside and out was outstanding, demonstrating exceptional workmanship - a family builder who really seemed to care about their craft. We have plans to build again with them.
