Luxford Building

Initially we got off to a bit of a slow start in the process, not necessarily due to Luxford Building Services, but due Stratco as a whole. Trying to balance expectations, availability, achievability and price of our electronically controlled Louvre roof was a bit of a challenge. After we and Craig, our sales consultant got a full working understanding of what we wanted, and all of the above, the process progressed in a very professional, respectful and understanding manner. Through out every step of the way, everything was explained clearly to us, with every question we had being answered in a timely manner. Every contact person in Luxford Building Services has exceeded our expectations. Louise in the office handled all the administration requirements exceptionally well, way beyond what we've experienced before. Craig our sales consultant/hands on builder went way out of his for us. He excelled at providing, and executing detailed aspects of our Louvre roof important to us. Shuan & Airlie, our installers have done an amazing job keeping our vision in mind. We don't generally write reviews on products and services provided to us, but we feel in this case it would be unfair not to. We would highly recommend Luxford Building Services as a Stratco installer. We’ve used Luxford three times in the past 2 years - to install and relocate our Stratco Cooldek gazebos. Every occasion we had no problems. Great communications, on time delivery, and excellent workmanship. I’d highly recommend Craig and his team to anybody. Thanks again!!

Luxford Building was recommended to me by a friend to supply and erect a Stratco pergola. Craig came to our house and provided excellent recommendations regarding what would best suit our area. He was able to show us a computer generated view of what the finished product would look like. He returned to our house to provide assistance with the colour scheme. Craig is extremely pleasant, accomodating and helpful. Next we dealt with Louise who arranges everything. Her communication and organisation skills are excellent. She arranged permits, appointments and invoices. She kept us updated with all aspects of the build. The build was done by Airlie and another worker. Their efforts were excellent. Nothing was too difficult for them. Both workers were courteous, neat and clean. The completed job surpassed our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Luxford Building Services to anyone wanting a similar build.

Louise, Craig and the team at Luxford Building are nothing short but exceptional. Throughout the entire process I was kept informed, upto to date with any changes and from the start was clearly explained in detail any and all potential costs so i wasnt left feeling lost with surprise hidden costs that you typical see when dealing with the council. Upon construction the team kept my area tidy, as if no one had really been there making it easy to use the very next day. Again i couldn't recommend Luxford Building enough!!! 5 stars isn't enough to match the experience i had. Thank you all again 🙏
