The guys from South East Projects done an impeccable job in a timely manner ( despite of all the lockdowns) and went beyond and above to make sure our requests where met. We would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone that need a down to earth building company that takes pride in the work they do.   You want a builder that gives you no hassle and no bad surprises? Look no further than South East Projects (SEP). We have worked with SEP on 2 building projects and they both have been delivered in the outmost professional way which is a rarity in the building industry. First project (commercial) ended up being sold off the plan, built in minimum time and with no budget overruns. In addition the profit I made on our invested well exceeded the original forecast. Second project (residential), has been delivered ahead of time while the two owners (Cris and Michael) have methodically taken me through the process making me a very comfortable with their approach. In summary, if you are looking for someone that can take care of your commercial or residential projects, call SEP. (happy to be their reference)
