As a first home owner the service we have received from Inspired Homes goes beyond anything we could have expected. We couldn't be more thankful. Walking into the display thinking a home like that wasn't in our budget the homes are so much more affordable. Specifically Charley for walking us through the process. She was knowledgeable, helped up stay in budget and got more than we thought we could. There was no typical sales pitch trying to convince us to upgrade items - she really did listen to our wants and worked magic with it. Mark worked with our design and even thought of items we didn't that benefit the home that we didn't think we needed but are glad they were designed to be there now! All the correspondence we have had with Andrew over any issue was quickly resolved and he went above and beyond to sort things quickly for us so we didn't need to stress. We highly recommend Inspired Homes and dealing with Charley, Mark, Cody, Andrew and Nicole to anyone we know as the customer service they provide is above and beyond anything we even enquired about.

We have been living in our Inspired Home for 18 months now and I still love every part. We customised our design to suit our needs and they couldn’t be more accommodating. We successfully hosted 35 people for Christmas and it didn’t feel cramped at all! Thanks to all the team at Inspired.

Firstly I want to say thank you to Andrew for taking on such a complex job, you were so quick to respond to all my enquires yet so professional and to Mark for designing such an amazing plan and making my forever home come to life! You were so creative and took on the challenge. A big thank you to the team for making this such an easy and enjoyable process. I can’t wait for my forever home. And I would highly recommend inspired homes to create whatever home you are wishing for and no challenge is too challenging for them. It’s been amazing.

Could not fault this company at all for the incredible job they have done with my home. I had problems with another building company and got in contact with Inspired Homes after looking them up on Google. The owner was amazing, helped us every step of the way and created our dream home. Not one issue through the whole process. If I ever build again I will 100% be using Inspired Homes again! And will recommend it to all of my family and friends.

We were recently referred to Inspired Homes for our need to custom build a multi-generational home on an awkward block, and thus far it has been a pleasantly surprising and very satisfactory journey with them.
