  Exceptional Experience with Hometec – Bentleigh Townhouse Development We recently completed our first residential development project in Australia, a set of 7 townhouses in Bentleigh, and had the pleasure of working with Peter and the team at Hometec. We were introduced to Peter through a local agent familiar with the area’s active construction scene, and from the outset, Hometec proved to be an invaluable partner. Although my family and I have extensive experience in residential and commercial developments overseas, navigating the Australian market was a new challenge. Initially, we engaged a local architect who provided comprehensive documentation from town planning through to construction. While the quality of the documentation was excellent, the specifications were more aligned with a high-end Toorak project and not suitable for the Bentleigh market. This is where Hometec truly added value. Peter and his team expertly value-managed the project, helping us tailor the finishes, fixtures, and fittings to meet — and slightly exceed — market expectations for Bentleigh. Their approach not only saved us a significant amount of money but also ensured the development remained commercially viable. After all, this was a business venture for us, not an opportunity for our architect to win design awards at our expense. Hometec’s professionalism, open communication, and regular site meetings made the entire process smooth and transparent. They even assisted with facilitating sales through the local agent, which was a huge help. Overall, Hometec delivered a high-quality product, on budget, and with a level of service that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable builder in the area.

  Peter at Hometec built our dream home many years ago, so we understood that from an overall concept, design and construction that we'd be in good hands, so it was only right we came back for him to build our current home. Our experience through the design and construction of our home was amazing. Peter's architectural vision is nothing short of exceptional. The quality of construction and attention to detail made it so that we've had to do very little to maintain our house. Their after sales is excellent. All warranties work. They've always have been our first call when we want to build, and always will be! Very, very happy with Hometec. Highly recommended.

  Our family purchased a 20+ year old town house on Beach Road Beaumaris. Having dealt with Peter from Hometec for many years now for our previous builds, he and his team had laid the foundation for trust, as they did amazing builds, were always on time and always on budget. Due to our busy schedules, we basically threw him the keys with a Hampton Style design brief and budget. We didn’t need an Architect or Interior Designer, he did the full documentation on both and delivered beyond our expectations. We will always choose Hometec for our builds as they are extremely professional, and easy to deal with. You are in safe hands with Peter and his team!

  We have decided to build our home with Hometec. Right from the very beginning they have been a pleasure to deal with. Peter is professional in all aspects and responsive to calls, messages and emails. He is straight forward and conducts himself in a proficient manner. He was also more than willing to share his expertise and provided lots of ideas and choices to achieve our desired design. The office girls have been very helpful and are great to deal with! They are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them when we have asked for assistance. We have arranged several Site meetings with our Project Manager, Dwayne and are very happy with the progress so far. If the quality and customer service continues until the end of the build, which I’m sure it will, WE will be VERY happy and satisfied customers. Recommend this Builder!

  We are parents of 2 schooling children whose well-being is our priority. It is expected of us to inspect any abode we are to occupy with our kids. We find it fit for residing and conducive for creativity in home setting work and for studies. We are happy homeowners of the apartment built by Hometec for the past 4 years and satisfaction on after care is shared by fellow occupants who moved in earlier than us. It’s a pleasure dealing with Hometec and we highly recommend them to anyone to build their dream home.
