We would thoroughly recommend Vance and the very professional team at Forme Homes. Our project had a number of unique challenges which Vance always dealt with in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Communication was excellent throughout the project and Vance and his team promptly addressed any concerns or issues. There were also instances where Vance and the Forme Home team would suggest a modification to bring the costs back closer to budget without compromising on aesthetics, quality or engineering specifications. Post-build follow-up has also been excellent - any issues that developed have been promptly resolved with excellent customer service. The process was so smooth at every level until the end stage and results are outstanding. We cannot fault even a single thing from emails (responded quickly), professionalism, quality, time frame, care, precision and much more. Everyone who sees is full of admiration. When we bought a slopping land we were very unclear of what plan would work but Forme homes made is possible by building us a dream home with ease. We are over the moon with the results. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After wasting money with drafts, architects and so many dodgey builders , we finally found a good one! 👍 We haven't built yet and only got past the drafting stage, but the time spent with Forme Homes was better than all of the past experiences. We were worried about certain restrictions being an odd sized block, but Lorna worked her magic, even going to the block itself and drafted a plan that totally amazed us - thank you Lorna 😊 There's a reason why Forne Homes has 5 star reviews ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will definitely be building with Forne Homes and I do recommend building your home with Forme Homes Thank you Vance.
