  We wanted to share our positive experience working with Sperway Homes on the construction of our new townhouses. From start to finish, the project manager and office staff have been a pleasure to work with. They were highly responsive to any site issues, addressed our concerns promptly, and worked with us to find effective solutions. While we did experience some delays during the building process, the overall experience was very positive. The project included everything, from construction to landscaping, and the final result was simply amazing. Our units sold within weeks of completion. We highly recommend Sperway Homes for anyone considering new construction.

  We recently had home built by Sperway. Overall we are very happy with the final result. Although the construction did not finish on time and there were a few defects along the way, the team made every effort to address and rectify all issues promptly and professionally. A special mention to Michael Xafis, who went above and beyond to look after us throughout the entire process. His communication, attention to detail, and genuine care made a huge difference and helped ensure that we were satisfied at every stage. Thank you to the Sperway team for delivering a home we are proud of.

  We recently completed a knockdown and rebuild project with Sperway Homes and had an overall positive experience. The design, estimation, and office teams were professional and supportive throughout. We faced some delays early on during the building permit stage, but we’re especially grateful to the General Manager Michael, who went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. He’s honest, responsible, and genuinely cares about his clients — a true gentleman. Special thanks also to Efi, the drafting manager, and Angela, the office manager — both were terrific to deal with, responsive and always willing to help. Construction progressed smoothly (despite some delays during Christmas and New Year holidays, which is not a surprise). We had two different project managers over the course of the build; they had different work styles but both communicated well and delivered as promised. We’d recommend building with Sperway Homes. Just be sure to double- or triple-check your plans — no one will care more about the details than you. Keep written records of anything you want addressed, and stay proactive with communication. Like most builders, project managers are busy, so regular follow-ups help ensure everything stays on track.
