Every member of the team has been a pleasure to work with, and communication was always clear, transparent, and frequent. We always felt fully informed and involved throughout the process. Any issues that we had, were promptly resolved. The attention to detail was evident at every stage, and the finished product truly exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a home that was not only eco-friendly and thermally efficient but also functional and visually appealing—and Hamlan Homes delivered on all fronts.   Building with Hamlan has been a really great experience. They were always transparent, easy to deal with, and super professional without ever feeling stiff or pushy. Communication was clear the whole way through, so I always knew what was happening and never felt left in the dark. The quality of the build is fantastic—everything feels solid, well-finished, and exactly how I hoped it would turn out. Any time I had a question, the team got back to me quickly and were always upfront and honest. I’m genuinely thrilled with the final result, and I’d happily recommend Hamlan to anyone looking for a builder who communicates well, does great work, and makes the whole process feel simple and stress-free.

  We've just finished building our home with Hamlan Homes, and honestly, we couldn't be more happier! From start to finish, the quality of their work and their dedication to our vision was absolutely top-notch. It's evident why they're the best builder in Geelong and the surrounding areas. What truly set Hamlan apart for us was their incredible flexibility and knack for customising the design. We had very specific ideas in mind and they worked with us every step of the way to make sure our home was exactly what we'd envisioned. This level of personalised service and attention to detail is genuinely hard to come by. A massive thank you to our brilliant team: Ash, our Sales Consultant, who guided us so smoothly through the initial stages; Mia, our Interior Designer, whose expertise helped us create such a cohesive and beautiful space; and Matt, our Site Manager, who made sure everything ran like clockwork and to the highest standards. Honestly, the entire Hamlan Team is absolutely fantastic at what they do. Their professionalism and passion made building our dream home a truly enjoyable experience.   We would like to thank the entire Hamlan Homes team for a seamless design and building experience. We have been blown away with the professionalism, speed and quality across the entire business. In particular a special thanks to Jessica & Courtney who managed our design and floor plan, our colour assistant Emily, Elaine in accounts and Richard Martin who must be one of the best site supervisors in Australia.   I been in my house for a little over a year. I had issues with my bank, but Hamlan helped me get it fixed. I had an issue with the sales rep from Hamlan. But the management team we’re onto the issue and had it resolved fast. My house is beautiful I have not had a single issue with it. If I even built again I would build through Hamlan. Big thanks to the management team and the builders for my castle.
