The entire team was highly professional, from sales, the owner and business partner, reception all the way to the build crew. Can't fault any. If you want to avoid builders going broke, building costs skyrocketing and save tens of thousands then go these guys. Moreover its reclaiming. Not pine, but a solid hardwood build! Cant' ask for more. Good job guys. Thanks again.

Finding our home and the team at GAH was like a dream come true. From meeting Lew for our first look at the house we would choose right through to our final walkthrough with John and John just before we moved in- it was nothing but professional. They cover every detail and no question is too hard for them to help you with. We would do it all again in a heartbeat. Yes there's work involved, and lots of it depending on the sort of house you choose. They are all different. We were amazed at how well the house held up after its move form Burwood to Gippsland. All leadlight was undamaged and kitchen tiles/splashbacks, ceiling roses and period features all as they were the day we first saw them. Yes there was tiling to do where the house was cut into 3 sections, yes some weatherboard had to be replaced and fireplace boarded up- but it is all worth it when you can enjoy your brand new recycled home; knowing you saved it from demolition and you don't have a monster mortgage. You have a home with character and a story and a heart - that can now stand proud in another place. All tradesmen that came to put the house back together were great and very skilled at what they do. The team that removes the house from the site in the middle of the night down teeny tiny streets are absolutely amazing and so so patient. I cant recommend GAH highly enough. It was a memorable experience - we look forward to one day doing it all over again.

We had John come to our home to inspect and advise. He was very thorough and helpful. He was able to tell us from the get go what to expect and the process involved. I easily recommend their services to anyone looking to sell their home or even purchase a home for reloation.

We had a very tired 1940's house moved to a difficult location in Central West NSW. The GAH teams were fantastic and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The GAH team very prprofessional and supportive. The house whilst still needing an external paint job, has far exceeded our expectations and yes I will get the exterior painted, just got to finish the hallway! The only negative to this project was the local trades people preferring new builds which slowed us down! An extremely cheap housing option so long as you aren't afraid of a little hard work!

GAH are very professional building company. They have moved our beautiful Californian Bungalow from Melbourne to North East Victoria onto our property. It arrived in 4 pieces and has was put back together with such ease and professionalism. Our house is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t of asked for anything better. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou
