  Greska Homes impressed us with their outstanding design advice and competitive pricing. The ability to save costs with fine tuning our original design on a challenging block. The quality of work was excellent, and despite some delays due to issues from COVID / other challenges, we are very happy with the end product. Would recommend as our brief was very much design focused and the outcome was a house to our specifications and final budget.

  Excellent build quality, communication and professionalism by Don and his team at Greska Homes. We were able to build a home to suit our needs, and the builders were flexible and accommodating with our input. We felt involved and updated throughout the building process. Every aspect of the home was built to a high standard and we continue to receive good support from Greska Homes after completion.

  I highly recommend Greska Homes to build your dream home. These are the reasons why I say this. Firstly, it was a very daunting experience trying to find the right builder. I have approached many well known builders and at times I felt confident with them but as they continue talking I felt i was not comfortable and it was about just making money for the builders. Then I came across a gentlemen who I was recommended to see, Don from Greska Homes. We went to see him at the office and within two minutes I felt very confident because Don is a very genuine person. The reason why I am saying this, he took time to explain the little things we asked him about the property in detail. He never made us feel rushed for time and he made us feel comfortable our dream home was in good hands through the whole process. Now the house is completed, the people who have come into my home were impressed with the detail and perfection of the building quality. To tell you the truth I can go on about Don, he is almost like a family now. Don't just take my word for it, go and see him and then you'll know what I am talking about. We really have had a great experience and even two years later I still keep in touch with Don and he always asks me about the property and if everything is okay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who wants to build a quality home, go and see Greska Homes.

  Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your support and professionalism with our home construction. This was a huge task given the complex brief: a stately 95sq French provincial home on an acre with landscaping too! Of course, it goes without say your execution, attention to detail, time management and communications throughout were impeccable, to say the least. What was unique about our experience with you was the extensive knowledge you had on design and subsequent efficient building solutions to the design brief. The end result was a ‘ one of kind’ magnificent home, which has drawn a lot of attention in our area. Having inspected many new homes in the most affluent areas of Melbourne within the same style of design and build, I can safely say your build surpasses them! We wish you all the best for the future and have no doubt you are going to give other competitors a real run for their claimed expertise!

  Don just finished two Townhouses for me, I'm very satisfied with his job. It's just 10 months from beginning to get the Occupation Permit. we communicate very well . I think the contract price is very reasonable and he is not a man who haggle over every ounce. We have become friend now through this project, I am happy to recommend him to my friends.
