Jake has renovated our bathroom in mid 2019. The bathroom still (15 Dec 24) to this day looks like a new one. During renovation Jake assisted with valuable design suggestions and made many changes on the way to completion in order to satisfy our subsequent requests that were identified while the work was underway. The job was completed to our full satisfaction and with minimal impact on our everyday life. Here below are some photos of the bathroom, prior and after renovation. I would recommend Jake to anyone who would like to engage Jake in similar work.

In my experience, Jake from Fine Renovations is a rarity in this world of builders, he’s one the most honest, realistically priced builders I have dealt with. No job is too small. And nothing is too much trouble. Both Jake and his Carpenter Sonny were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their workmanship was exceptional. And I couldn’t be happier. If I could give Jake from Fine Renovations more than 5 stars I certainly would.

We are very happy with our ensuite and toilet room renovation by Jake and his team. We had a number of other builders come to quote the project and Jake was active in his suggestions and recommendations for design and layout which was refreshing and encouraging to see. Jake was always willing to take a phone call, text or email and adapted to our requests throughout the duration of the build. The finished product is fresh, modern and vibrant. Thanks again Jake!
