  Kimberley, Emma and Josi were very helpful at providing all necessary information regarding the building and associated costs. The information communicated to me was clear and detailed and provided in a professional manner. The quality of contract documentation was very satisfying because it listed every detail and it was easy to understand especially for people who build their home for the first time. It was a great pleasure dealing with 8Homes. They made sure the contract details were presented well and clear. All my questions were answered and there were no issues. Overall, I had a great experience dealing with 8Homes during the contract signing phase and I’m looking forward to dealing the project manager to complete the construction stage.

  With an unusual block size Eight Homes was the only builder I found to be responsible in price and meet the specifications and requirements for this build. The process was seemless, easy to understand and no hidden costs. Huge range of different options they have on offer that I haven’t been offered in previous builds with other companies, although they had way more options the sales teams were not pushing extras but working towards my needs and goals which is refreshing. Every team and step so far have gone far and beyond expectations and I look forward to working with the team during the build process

  This is our first home, and we were very confused, worried, and scared about building, especially because my parents had a bad experience But everything changed after we met Eva at Eight Homes. She is such a lovely and friendly person. She helped us so much and was very patient with all our questions. Eva gave us confidence and made the whole process feel much easier.   The team at 8Homes has been excellent to work with. From the sales consultant to the plan presenter, as well as the colour selection and electrical appointment teams, everyone worked collaboratively to achieve a positive outcome. I appreciate how they considered our budget throughout the process and provided practical suggestions to help us save money where possible. Their teamwork and commitment made the entire experience smooth and well-coordinated.

  We are using 8Homes to build an Investment Property and so far we have dealt with 4 people from the company and they have been amazing. We were taken through the entire process very thoroughly. The electrical and compliance appointments were so thorough and they ran us through every single aspect of the plans and the electrical works, which were practical. We felt they understood that this was an investment so they didn't push unnecessary upgrades and understood we wanted to keep costs low. We are still in the initial stages but these first few stages have set the bar and hope that they continue to be as great as they have been as the build starts and finalises.

  Eight Homes has been absolutely fantastic from the very beginning of my journey. When I first started looking into doing a knockdown and rebuild, I met Shannon, who gave me great advice and explained everything clearly. He helped me understand the whole process and made me feel confident to move forward. I chose the D8 double storey home and I absolutely love the design — it’s modern, spacious, and perfect for my family. After that, I worked with Jackie, who helped me choose the colours, materials, and finishes for my new home. She was so patient and really listened to what I liked, making the selection process easy and enjoyable. Chris looked after the electrical side and made sure everything was well planned and suited to how my family will use the home very professional and knowledgeable. Then came Josie, who has been amazing with all the paperwork and guiding me through every step. She’s always so helpful, quick to respond, and made sure I understood everything clearly. Now I’m working with Emma and Stuart, and both of them have been fantastic as well keeping me updated and making sure everything is ready for the next stage. Everyone at Eight Homes has been so friendly, professional, and supportive from start to finish. I’m really excited and can’t wait to see my home start to build soon! I would definitely recommend Eight Homes to anyone looking to build they truly care about their clients and make the process much easier.
