The Hobart Division doesn’t seem to have a separate listing on Google, but they were fantastic earlier in the year helping minimise the damage from a burst toilet hose. Everyone I dealt with in the Hobart team was great, but I want to give a particular shoutout to Michael, who turned up to our flooded house late on a public holiday and was working, solo, until the early hours of the morning. He also made many more trips back to our place than he probably bargained for!

We were very lucky to be supported by Cowan following our home flooding. We are so grateful for Cowan and Shaun who got their on the day, and their services being excellent throughout at all stages (their knowledge and professionalism were outstanding). Shaun (and all other staff that attended) and staff on the phone helped us feel very looked after and supported throughout this crisis. They were compassionate, caring and professional throughout. This was a very difficult time for us and we are so glad Cowan were there to help us.

My home insurer provided Cowan Restoration Services for a water damage cleanup at my house in a Melbourne suburb, and I was highly impressed with Johnny who attended my property. Johnny was very polite, very thorough, answered all questions with great care and provided one of the best customer service I've ever experienced from a tradesman. His professionalism was outstanding and he takes great pride in his high quality of work. Highly impressed.
