A friend recommended I check out Segal Building’s work, and I’m glad I did. They’ve been responsible, productive, and really focused on quality. Their post-delivery service was also impressive—very professional and responsive. I recently inspected the home at 32A Wamba Avenue, Bentleigh East, and the build quality truly stood out. I’d definitely recommend them.

James is not just a builder but builder extraordinaire. He meets you with a smile and leaves you with a happy smile when the job is done. His knowledge of all facets of construction is striking and management of the whole process is phenomenal. You don't chase this builder, he chases you, trying to complete the job in a shortest period of time without cutting corners, as his professionalism paired with integrity. He thrives with challengers, presented aplenty as the project evolves, making it looks like problem solving hobby. I wish, we knew James earlier as that would've saved us a lot of headaches with our previous builds.

James is extremely efficient, has high standards, and an incredible determination to be the best in the industry. He is also very polite and has a great personality. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Having lived comfortably in the house that James built with no issue at all for the last 5 years I decided to call on James to do a small renovation. And James did not disappoint me. He took pride in the build quality and I relied on his broad knowledge and experience. He is very detailed in the planning and execution. He always come to check the workmanship of his team and ensure they are up to his standard and cross check with my expectation as well. The renovation was completed on time and James delivered above my expectation within a reasonable cost. I will not hesitate to refer James to my family and friends and definitely will call on him again in the future for any of my building projects.
