To say we were thrilled to find CL Construction is an understatement. They renovated our two bathrooms, powder room and laundry - everything was completed above and beyond what we expected. Firstly, dealing with Nick Carmeni was unlike any experience we have ever had - his communication is 11/10. No matter how small the question I appreciated how he took his time with us (and my husband certainly wanted to know every detail). He ensured we were getting the best deal possible and when we were selecting our products, he made sure they were all briefed with exactly what we needed. It was so easy when I thought I would be ridiculously overwhelmed. All the workers really were top tier, they respected our home and worked so incredibly hard - I have never seen a team that has such good morale! They are also all perfectionists! The job they did speaks for itself and as a company - I could not recommend them highly enough. The whole process was a dream and we certainly got the best result possible. Thinking of what we can get them to do next! Trust us, we did our homework before selecting CL Construction and in every way they were superior and the best deal on the market. Nick and his team were fantastic from the start. As with most renovations/ extensions we hit afew problems along the way, but Nick always had plenty of options as to how to solve them. He was easy going, hard working and nothing was too difficult. This was the first time myself and my husband had done any projects like this before, but Nick and his team made it much less stressful than we had anticipated. Even after the work was finish, we could still contact Nick with any questions or advice if required. We'd highly recommend CL Construction to others and would not hesitate to use them again!!

Nick and Michael surpassed all expectations in completing our substantial two storey renovation. It was an 8 month project that began with architectural drawings for a tricky build that they faithfully followed. The end result was a high quality construct with a great relationship formed with this team of dedicated professionals. Along the way we made a few subtle changes (like completely RE roofing the house and replacing the subfloor) which were outside the scope of works. These were undertaken with no fuss and billed economically. From start to finish they operated in such a courteous way as to gain our respect and even that of our neighbours. We’d gladly recommend them to friends or family with great confidence.

Organised a full renovation of a 40 year old property - structurally most things stayed but gutted everything else. Was not looking forward to the task. Nick and the team at CL Construction were beyond what I would have expected. Delivered the highest quality (not one fault) but also made it an enjoyable experience in a very quick turnaround. Not one task was too much, not one bit of stress and Nick always found a solution with a smile on his face. Even when asked to do the extra things that popped up, he always delivered without a worry. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Made the build fun and actually at a reasonable price. Trust is a rare word in the construction industry - but this is the best description for them.
