  We had Bryan and Petersen build a house for us at Hepburn Springs based on a concept developed by a Melbourne design firm. First B&P assisted greatly in “value managing” the construction, driving down costs without compromising the outcome. All of their trades people are of the highest standard with the common goal of getting the very best result. The project management was exemplary, minimizing inevitable delays due to weather and the difficulty of the site. I would recommend B&P on the basis of quality, value for money and great attention to detail. Building requires something of a leap of faith. The faith we placed in this company was very well placed.
