A quality home that we could have only dreamt of. Our build journey with Status was seamless and smooth, very enjoyable and stress free and that comes down to their fantastic, honest and professional communication between their clients and trades. We couldn’t of asked for more. Sam has high expectations of his trades, and these expectations are met to the highest standard. We look forward to building with Status Homes again in the future.

Sam and the team at Status Homes were nothing short of amazing through the whole process of our new build! They were able to adjust the floor plan to include all the things we wanted as well as produce a façade design to suit. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very responsive the entire time and were happy to make changes at short notice. The build was completed on time and the team were constantly in contact with updates on how it was progressing. The finish result is absolutely beautiful - very high quality with perfect finishes. We cannot fault it. We love our new home and would highly recommend Status Homes to anyone looking to build! We can't wait to hopefully build with them again in the future.

Status Homes built our home....where do we begin! We had bought our land back in 2019 and had been looking for the right plan to suit, maximise our land and also suit our blended family of 3 kids and us. We had visited so many different displays homes, spoken with many different builders and we were still left undecided. Then came Status! We found a plan that suited us and was a fantastic use of our not so big block. Throughout the entire process they were all amazing to deal with. The process was smooth and we always felt like we were their main focus even knowing there were other customers out there. Sam was upfront, honest, always transparent and even contributed to ideas that would make the house special. Alannah was the one receiving our many emails and she was always quick with response, lovely and great to deal with plus we never felt like we were pestering them. Adam and Genevieve were amazing during our colour selections session. I would highly recommend Status Homes to anyone looking at building their dream home. We originally planned to build an investment property that we would sell in 3-5 years, however, we now believe this is our forever home. We trusted in the entire team and even without communication we felt we still would've gotten the same quality in our home. Their attention to detail, workmanship and quality is second to none. No surprises, a company so transparent to the customer unlike most that come across as salesman. Thank you to all the team at Status Homes, you have really built our dream home!!

The team at Status Homes were amazing to work with. They helped us build a bespoke home and were incredibly flexible throughout the entire process. Sam kept us updated regularly sending photos and progress updates, which was especially appreciated as we were living over an hour away away.
