My husband and I recently had a garage built through Totalspan Ballarat. We found them to be professional at every stage of the process from dealing with the council permits to building the garage. Communication is key and they were prompt in replying to emails and kept us informed along the way. Everyone that we dealt with was professional and friendly. We highly recommend the team.

Fantastic service! With added advice to make sure I was doing what my yard really needed! The build quality of my new shed and carport is superb, and neighbours who doubted the price I was going to pay, now say, 'Well, that is a really good job, though...' And a really good job is what I needed. Brilliant concrete sub-contractor, too, who figured out what I had not and did a much better job than he needed to. All potential problems with the concept, they handled and solved. Best thing I could have done! Now to get their help converting the old garage into a studio...!

Was easy dealing with John and Darren even though for a relatively small job I still received excellent service with added complexity for them of having to deal through a rental agent. All paperwork processed with ease. Finished result was great and am highly satisfied. Thank you to the Totalspan Ballarat team.
