  Couldn’t be happier We recently completed our renovation with Black Rock builders and have been enjoying the result for the past few weeks. The job was significant touching all areas of the house as well as the inclusion of a pool. Through the whole process Matt has been excellent to deal with and always available to guide us through the process which was a first for us. His direct team and sub contractors were excellent as well, always friendly with great workmanship. The communication and attention to detail was the reason we chose Black Rock and we haven’t been let down at all. Matt has also been awesome in his “after completion” contact, making sure we are 100% happy. We would recommend Black Rock builders to anyone.

  Black Rock Builders renovated our brick California Bungalow extensively in 2016. From the first meeting with Matt, until hand over we were incredibly pleased with our decision to choose Black Rock Builders. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was amazing and the the quality of workmanship was excellent! Black Rock Builders consistently went the extra mile on our build and always guided us with any decisions that were required. We would not hesitate to use and recommend Black Rock Builders.

From the moment we first met with him to discuss our project all the way through to handover he was dedicated to giving us the best possible advice and this resulted in an amazing outcome. His uncompromising approach to quality is exactly what you want when you’re embarking on a large extension! Especially (if like us) it’s your first major project. Matt was always available if we had questions, his communication was excellent and we are extremely happy with our dream house!
