  Baypoint Projects recently renovated our bathroom and powder room - we had a bit of an urgent issue arise and Peter, Attilio and their team were able to accomodate us relatively quickly. We wanted extra assistance with the design, and Peter was able to suggest The Den Interiors, who worked closely with Peter, Attilio, and their team throughout the renovation. As our house only has one bathroom, we had to move out for the duration of the project. We decided to travel overseas, leaving our home in the care of Peter, Attilio and their team for the duration of the renovation. They managed this process extremely well with several calls, and regular photos and video updates. We returned home six weeks later to a phenomenal new bathroom and powder room - we were very impressed by the level of attention to detail and professionalism in Baypoint Project’s work - the tiling is perfection, our custom cabinets are fabulous, love love our new shower and bath! We also really appreciated the steps the team took to protect our surfaces and artwork etc. We also got the team to complete a few other things for us whilst we were away - painting, patch repairs etc - so great to be able to have the one team manage all of this for us at once. Peter and Attilio were both very personable and responsive - we would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a home reno, and look forward to working with them again in the future on other projects.   Baypoint Projects completed a renovation for us of our bathroom, laundry and kitchen. Right from the start, the team were excellent. They provided detailed and clear information about how the project was going to run. They helped us navigate some unexpected issues with the build and communicated with us throughout. Everyone involved in the renovation was incredibly professional and easy to work with. The final product was amazing. The team are very detailed-orientated and they ensured every finish was perfect and extremely high quality. We have had so many compliments about the renovation and are thrilled with the final results. We would highly recommend them. Thank you Baypoint Projects!

  Bronte and I purchased a townhouse developed by Baypoint Projects. The key elements that attracted us were: - well thought out floor plan - ample storage throughout the house and also in the garage - excellent use of northern aspect light including skylights - layout and functionality of the kitchen including an invisible butler’s pantry - first class finishings and appliances complete the package and confirmed the ‘wow’ factor Working with Peter was genuinely a highlight of our purchasing experience. He is approachable and met every request with a positive/can do attitude and always got the job done to a high standard. We would highly recommend Peter and Baypoint Projects for your next construction and/or renovation.

  We can only concur with the other reviewers, Baypoint Projects did a sterling job. The works comprised of new floorboards in part of the house together with the staining of the rest of the flooring, an update of a bathroom and WIR and a new ensuite and laundry. Also included was painting the interior of the house. Peter and Attilio and the team were excellent. From the beginning they provided detailed and clear information about how the project was going to run. Circumstances meant we were out of the country for virtually all the works and Peter kept us up to date with regular WhatsApp calls and videos. He was always available at the end of the phone and made us feel very comfortable with how everything was proceeding. The quality of the renovation was great, the team is very detail-orientated and they didn’t rest until we were happy with the result. We are getting the rest of the house updated and look forward to working with them again. We would happily and highly recommend Baypoint Projects.

  Baypoint Projects completed an extensive renovation on our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus study penthouse apartment with absolutely outstanding results. No rooms were left untouched and we are totally thrilled with the transformation. Peter, Attilio and the Baypoint team worked with complete professionalism, incredible attention to detail, care and communication at all times. The team worked extremely hard in a relatively short period of time to ensure all details and finishes were delivered to an exceptionally high standard. The scope of the project: Demolition: Kitchen, laundry, robes, flooring throughout, cabinetry in living room, study, bathrooms and electrical work. (I’m mentioning the demolition as this was not easy job as everything needed to be broken down, carefully taken to the basement in the lift from the 6th floor and removed from site. This was done with great expertise and consideration) Installation: Kitchen including extensive installation of natural stone Laundry Butler’s Pantry New cabinetry in living room, study, bathrooms, Walk in Robe to main bedroom, wardrobes (including built in desk) in other bedrooms New timber flooring throughout Relocation of electrical switchboard and lighting and general electrical works Plastering and painting I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Baypoint Projects and would definitely engage them to work in future projects. Thank you Peter, Attilio and the whole Baypoint team!

  My experience with Baypoint Projects has been second to none. They completed a bathroom renovation to the highest standards with excellent attention to detail and amazing communication skills. They took us along the journey and were in constant contact with updates and progress photos and reports. They are also lovely people and will definitely enlist their help and expertise for future projects.
