From day 1, Dave and the team were stars. Our renovation was smooth, ahead of plan, and completed to the highest quality. We were really impressed by their attention to detail and communication throughout the whole project. They’re a great friendly team, and so clever when it comes to recommendations and solutions. The site was also kept so tidy considering the amount of work happening each day! Highly reccomend Baytech.

Dave and his team at Baytech are exactly what you’re looking for in a building team. Their experience and attention to detail is evident in their work. They transformed an old, run-down, asbestos-filled garage into a functional work-from-home studio that we now use daily. Dave’s communication was clear and effective. He guided us through the choices and set clear expectations for the timeline. He provided us with quotes for different outcomes and helped us make decisions that aligned with our budget. His team is hardworking, friendly, and respectful, always going above and beyond to ensure that everything is completed to the highest standard. If you’re looking for a team of kind, professional, and capable builders, I would highly recommend them.
