Marcus, my site manager, has been fantastic throughout the build. He was professional, attentive, and always willing to explain every detail to ensure I understood the progress. His commitment to quality and his proactive communication made the whole construction process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and the pride he takes in his work. Sahithi, my customer relationship coordinator, has also been wonderful to work with. She was always responsive, organised, and consistently kept me updated at every stage. Her friendly approach and clear communication made the entire journey much easier. Any questions or concerns I had were always handled promptly and kindly.   Just had the slab poured and frame work done all has gone smoothly so far, Aplace have been really professional and quick with progress update with photos as i live interstate it's very convenient , no complaints from me. The cost was well within my budget and happy to recieve extras included that other builders wanted you to pay for. All up, very happy so far.
