We were introduced to Nick and the team at Nicon back in 2022 when we were looking for someone to take on our development project, and we could not be happier with the amazing job that the team did to build us our dream home. Their professionalism, communication, and transparency throughout the whole process made it so easy to deal with them, and their meticulous attention to detail is visible in every room. We highly recommend their services.

I knew we struck gold when we contracted Nicon Built to build our new double story duplex homes. From start to finish Nicon Built provided us with a high level of service, attention and comfort. Our initial interaction with Nick was professional and he worked and shaped our ideas into the design - importantly he listened and after the second design draft we agreed on a start. Our beautiful homes where built on time and within our cost constraints. Nick and the team continue to provide support to us after the handover by making sure minor construction issues in the house are addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with their focus and highly recommend them to anybody that wishes to build their dream home. Cozzy and Leni Argy

Nicon Built is a fantastic builder based in Port Phillip. They built our family home and we couldn’t be happier. The workmanship and attention to detail really blew our mind. We made several changes and Nick the owner was always willing to accomodate my wife’s and I requests. I cannot thank Nick enough and will definitely be telling our friends and family to choose and chat to Nicon Built if they are looking to build. Fantastic experience. Thanks again

From the start of the renovation it was a stress free experience. Top quality service throughout and nothing was ever too hard. Dealing directly with the builders gave us the peace of mind we needed as first time renovators. We would highly recommend Nicon Built to anyone thinking of renovating/building. Thanks again Nicon!
