Jeff and his team recently completed a major renovation of my house at Montagu Bay which involved replacement of all windows with double-glazing, insulation to all external walls, floors & ceiling, a new kitchen and bathroom, as well as an open-plan living area with 4m high sloped ceiling. I also gained a new third bedroom/guest room, and fantastic new large deck at the back. Jeff and his team really care about their work and showed great attention to the details that matter in creating a comfortable, liveable and beautiful home. They communicated well with me and my architect and worked collaboratively to address any unexpected issues as they arose (normal during a renovation of this scale). I would recommend J&M Con to any future clients.

Jeff and his exceptional team have just completed a complex renovation of our house in Battery Point. I would recommend them unreservedly - skilled, professional, thoughtful, collaborative, a pleasure to deal with and, most importantly, so proud of their work. The final outcome, as they say in mission statements, far exceeded our expectations. Thanks guys.

We would recommend J & M Construction to anyone that wants a reliable and enjoyable building experience We had never had experience with them before and didn't know anyone that had. Our renovation wasnt small but Mark and his team were efficient, polite and went out of their way to provide what we wanted. They take pride in their work. Their communication was brilliant, they kept us up to date the entire time with where things were at. They turned up when they said they would turn up. We were never left wondering what was happening. There wasnt any hold ups. We pulled our completion date forward which put them under the pump but they pulled out all stops n got it done. All inspections were passed without a problem and we are very happy with the final results. Excellent work and a Great Team. Thanks Guys.

Highly recommend Jeff & his team. Having recently completed the replacement of our tired looking timber deck with Ekodeck's composite decking boards & a new stainless steel handrail system. We couldn't be happier with the end result. The attention to detail of all of the team involved in our job was exceptional. They are a friendly, knowledgeable & experienced team of guys. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Couldn’t thank Jeff and the team enough. They blew us away in every aspect, from communication to quality. Started as our builder and ended as a friend
