Earlier this year we engaged CBC Custom Building for what we thought would be a relatively straightforward (mainly) internal renovation job. As it turned out, the project became much bigger and complex than originally anticipated due to major issues with existing wall cladding and insulation which were pointed out to us by CBC as the project progressed. Luckily, we were in expert hands as our foreman Nate and our project manager Chris dealt with the unexpected changes and additions to the job in a professional and timely manner. We were very impressed with the professionalism and skills of every team member involved over the duration of the project. Chris and Nate were always responsive to our needs and handled any requested changes quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the end result and knowledge that we now live in a healthy and stylish good as new house renovated to exacting standards. If you’re after a quality builder with an expert crew of tradesmen we couldn’t recommend the team at CBC Custom Building more.

CBC Custom Building did an excellent reno on our apartment. It was a complicated job which involved completely gutting the place, reconfiguring the floor plan and fixing all the issues that an old building is bound to throw at you. Brad, Cahill and Chris kept us well informed through the whole process from the early discussions, right through to the end of the job. The contract agreement and charges were fully explained and transparent so we had no unwelcome surprises along the way. They are three genuine blokes who have a great team working with them. The quality of their work is exceptional and we are beyond happy with the result. If we ever need a builder again there is no question we will go back to CBC.

Can't speak highly enough of the team at CBC. Initial plans for more extensive renovations had to be put on hold, so we got an internal wall removed to join a small, dark study to a larger, bright bedroom. Cahill provided honest advice that the job was going to be a bit of an engineering unknown until it was opened up (two storey house, wall under the window of the top storey) but the team came through with an effective and affordable solution. Communication throughout was fantastic, high quality workmanship and we've now got a teenage son with the best room in the house.

Thanks to Chris, Brad and Cahill for outstanding results with our bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge room renovations. The process from start to finish was very easy and they were extremely helpful and understanding of what we wanted. We were more than happy with the suggestions and clever ideas they gave us along the way. We would highly recommend CBC Custom Building to anyone. Many thanks to the CBC team !
