  We had a fantastic experience building with Jakobovski Homes. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Annette and Carl are transparent and honest in all their dealings, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. This family business has been building in Tasmania for generations, and that depth of experience really shows in the quality of their work. They were supportive throughout the build and always communicated quickly and easily whenever we had questions. Their workmanship is outstanding, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t recommend Jakobovski Homes more highly.

  This Bathroom renovation was our second contract with Jakobovski Homes, the first being an extension of our lounge and deck areas, several years. We are extremely pleased with new bathroom with respect to functionality, appearance and quality of trade work. Annette was a great help in design, selection of tiles and plumbing purchases. The coordination of trade work was great and the trades people they employed were friendly, considerate and highly skilled. We would have no hesitation in employing them again.

  We recently built our new home with Jakobovski Homes in Tranmere and couldn’t be happier. From the first meeting to handover, the team specially Annette and Carl were professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about delivering a quality result. They listened to our ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and kept us informed throughout the build. The workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding – the finishes, cabinetry and overall feel of the home are excellent, and it’s proving to be very comfortable and energy‑efficient. Any questions or minor issues that came up were sorted quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend Jakobovski Homes to anyone building or renovating in Tasmania and would happily use them again in the future.
