The overall process has been smooth and fantastic! I would definitely be recommending Statesman Homes to my friends and family. Everyone has been honest and upfront about things. We felt a sense of comfort and trust from the start, which is key because the whole building process can be really overwhelming sometimes. We had an excellent building consultant to begin with and the selections team was extremely knowledgable and helpful. The client services team has been on top of their game as well, and constantly updating us at different stages and setting realistic timeframes for the build. Looking forward to the final product now, but so far everything is looking top notch and the worksmanship seems to be very professional on site. From slab pour to nearing lock up stage, the build has taken less than 2 months! I am in awe at how quick things are going so far! Hoping there is no delay with some trades at a later stage of the build.

We have just received the keys to our brand new build and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and experience we had. Eliza & Dion were nothing short of amazing and they made what could be so stressful to some, an easy and understandable process. From explaining things in detail to sharing successes - I couldn’t be happier. Thankyou Eliza & Dion for everything!

Statesman Homes helped me and my partner move into our dream home! The communication with Anthony was amazing, he always kept me in the loop and scored us some land where we were able to build a home that we envisioned.
