We have lived here in Riverlea Park for just over one year. We purchased our beautiful home from Monty Sing who is currently Director for Royal King Homes. Monty has an eye for good quality design and this is seen through the whole house. So many innovative and quality details that we did not appreciate until living in the house. From quality appliances throughout, to simpler things like large cornicing, door stops , cladding, lighting, cupboard space both inside the house but also in the garage. A big pantry and laundry. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the back Patio. The list goes on with lots more great things to make a home truly beautiful. We could point out so many things we are happy with but it takes a walk through to see them all. We have had the best relationship with Monty and if we have had any issues he has always done his very best to resolve them. For our first home experience we would highly recommend Monty and his team. We would go as far as to say we would confidently allow Monty to build any future home for us. We love living in our home and are very happy Thank you Monty.
