⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Building my home with Hickinbotham was an amazing experience. The whole process was smooth, communication was fantastic, and the team was always kind and supportive. A special thank you to my Supervisor, who was absolutely outstanding — very professional, patient, and always willing to help. He made everything so much easier and truly went above and beyond. Also thank you to Megan and the rest of the Hickinbotham team for their support and great communication. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend Hickinbotham!

From start to finish, my experience building with Hickinbotham was an extremely easy and great experience. The build process was well managed, communication was clear and consistent, and the whole team at hickinbotham were extremely informative. The team were quick responders and made the whole process along the line seamless. I’d especially like to acknowledge my Supervisor, Tom who helped along the way to ensure the property was up to top notch. Alina - optima conveyancing, I’d like to acknowledge who assisted me through the way to have corrected documentation ect for purchasing my first home. She was very helpful always checked in and made the process to make every dead line. The end result exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend Hickinbotham to anyone considering building their home. Many friends and family members have built with them and I would recommend Hickinbotham for any purchasers.

We are really satisfied with the build. Seeing all our ideas come to life is such an amazing feeling! The build only took 10 months but originally we were told 12 months. We got so many free upgrades from our build. The most amazing thing we got was a new fridge! It has an ice maker and a water filter. After building with them, now I know why they are number 1 in South Australia. Building your dream house doesn’t need to cost much. Because Hickinbotham homes can make it happen at a lower price compared to other builders. Once again thanks for building our dream home…..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Positive Review for Hickinbotham – Lot 385 Powick Street, Riverlea Park This is my second time building with Hickinbotham, and once again they have delivered great results. At the start of my construction, I experienced some challenges because three supervisors were changed during the process. However, once the third supervisor, Tom, took over my build, everything improved immediately. Tom’s work was amazing. He kept me updated at every stage and showed excellent knowledge and professionalism. He completed my home in less than six months, which was very impressive. He was friendly, transparent, and always took responsibility seriously—both during handover and after handover. Thank you so much to Hickinbotham for having such a well-experienced and dedicated supervisor like Tom. I am very happy with the final result and appreciate the smooth and efficient construction process.🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐💐

We own a Hickinbotham home built in 2005. While replacing the ducted air conditioning system it was discovered there was a serious structural issue with part of the roof support and framing. Initially I contacted my home insurance company who did provide some support but indicated it was probably not an insurable event. As a bit of a Hail Mary I contacted Hickinbotham Homes as I had seen they promoted a 25year structural warranty. Fully expected to hear nothing. Or if I did hear back, I expected to be fobbed off. Not the original owner. Solar panels on the affected part of the roof. Etc. Could not be more surprised or pleased. I think a day after my enquiry someone was out to inspect the damage and soon after the repairs were completed. I was amazed. No fuss. No trying to duck the issue. Just got on with it. Everyone I dealt with was friendly,, easy to get on with and fully professional. Amazing service and follow through.

I purchased a turn key home with Hickinbotham and I'm very happy with the entire process, quality of the build and communication. From signing to handover the whole process went smoothly and timelines were as they were communicated. All issues that were picked up at PCI were fixed prior to handover. Atticus was great to deal with, he provided lots of information during each step in the process and was prompt with responding to any questions I had - I couldn't recommend him enough.
