Clairville came to our "rescue" after the first builder terminated the contract without a sound reason. Joe listened and reassured us that things would work out. The Clairville team made this happen. They kept us "in the loop" every step of the way. They responded to all our queries promptly and whether requests could be accommodated or not, detail explanation would be given. The estimated schedule for the various stages was kept to plan. Everyone at Clairville, from Joe, to Vince, Anna, Daniella, Debra, Brad to Nella, is easy to talk to. Their responsiveness and efficiency is also appreciated by the loan specialist of our lender. The workers/contractors we met at the site all had positive words about Joe and Clairville.
