  We have just finished our first project of knock down and build 2 new homes as an investment. Luigi and Edon went above and beyond to not only make the process smooth but gave us so much guidance and help every step of the way. The help from Ana with selections was second to none and has given us such an elegant and modern look and feel. My biggest compliment now that we are finished is hearing prospective buyers comment on how good the standard of the build is and the quality of the workmanship.   Working with Century Homes, particularly Luigi and Edon, was an exceptional experience that transformed what had started as a challenging and traumatic build into a seamless and rewarding journey. After facing significant issues with a previous builder, Century stepped in and demonstrated from day one why they're in a league of their own. Their approach to building is remarkably hands-on and client-focused. The level of communication was outstanding - they were always accessible, provided regular updates, and welcomed site visits throughout the construction. What truly sets them apart is their proactive approach to problem-solving. When dealing with complex aspects of my three-level home, such as waterproofing and structural elements, they immediately brought any potential issues to my attention, presenting comprehensive solutions while clearly explaining the risks and benefits of each option. The quality of workmanship is absolutely superb - something that has been noted by everyone who has visited my home. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence is evident in their willingness to redo any work that doesn't meet their exceptionally high standards.   Building a custom home can be a very stressful and daunting experience but with Luigj and Edon at the helm our build was a seamless experience. It is important to find a builder who is reliable, knowledgeable and, above all, professional and Luigj has these attributes in spades! Never too busy to answer our many questions, he and Edon were there to guide us through the whole process. And it was all done in the most helpful and caring manner. If we were to ever build again we would, without question, build with Century Homes. We are so pleased with the result and look forward to enjoying our new home.
