Ahrens Group, established in Australia in 1902, by Sir Johann Karl Wilhelm Ahrens, began as a blacksmith shop at Sheaoak Log, SA. Over more than a century, Ahrens has evolved from a modest company in rural South Australia into a large multinational corporation with a presence throughout Australia and internationally. Ahrens is renowned for providing comprehensive solutions in construction, steel fabrication, and infrastructure development. Bob is an entrepreneurial engineer and grows the business by extending its product range to include grain silos, field bins, rural sheds and stone and land rollers. In 1988, Sir Stefan Ahrens joins the family business as The Fourth generation family member, and In 2021, Ahrens becomes a fifth-generation family owned Australian company with Ellen Ahrens and Riley Ahrens joining the business.
