  Built our dream home with Selecta. Arrived 2 months ago and absolutely love it and so does all our friends and family. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The whole process of signing the initial contract to the selections was done very professionally. Michael our consultant was brilliant, made you feel at ease and very easy going and approachable. Michael was very helpful and any concerns or queries that we had he answered immediately and put our mind at ease. The office girls were tremendous and helped guild us through council proceedings, soil reports ect. We can honestly say from our experience Selecta Homes is a fantastic company to build with.   We have built twice before, and the third time was really nervous when we walked into Selecta Homes. From the onset we had help with the design, floorplan and interior selection. The level of communication from pre-construction, to the building starting & the site manager Andrew, was more than we’ve ever experienced before. Dealing with this company has restored my faith in builders again! Thanks guys!

  Selecta is a great company to build with. From our initial consultation to hand over, the process was seamless... honestly almost forgot we were building. My wife and I changed our mind countless times and no variation was a hassle - even adding a double carport after all council approvals - we really appreciated it. Selecta really made us feel like their customers. They are good at what they do, and If they say they'll do it, consider it done! I noticed all materials were of good quality and looking at other light weight homes, we feel our house is built solid. Selecta constructed it fast - trade after trade and materials just turned up! By building with Selecta, I learnt that many homes sit for months without much being done to them. Considering our experience, we would build with them again!

  We had a great experience building our first home and are extremely happy with the final result. Selecta Homes were able to bring our custom design to life, while fitting our budget. We really appreciated the knowledge of the team to give us ideas and make our space practical, this was really helpful as first time homeowners. Our site supervisor Andrew was super accommodating, always happy to answer questions and kept communications open, which made the experience much less stressful. The quality of tradespeople shows in the final product, any interactions they were friendly and helpful. Any issues that arose were addressed quickly and professionally. Overall, the process was smooth and the end result is exactly what we wanted. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to build.

  We chose Selecta Homes because we had seen how efficiently they had built some homes nearby. Our home was a complete custom build on site. Selecta had their draftsman draw it up, just the way we wanted it. Planning from interstate took many emails and phone calls back and forwards to obtain the desired result. Michael was always there and ready with a listening ear or a return email for changes or requirements. We were so excited when we signed up and paid our deposit in May 2023. Our initial start date approached, then was set back. This happened a few times which was very disappointing, and eventually the build started in February 2025. Once the build was started, the tradies flowed through non stop. Our site manager, Andrew was fantastic to communicate with. He was on top of everything and always knew dates of when the next stage was happening etc. Any worries we had, were discussed with him or Michael, and rectified quickly. There was a few existing complications with our site, which were considered and discussed thoughtfully, and rectified with ease - with thanks to Michael and Andrew. We used standing seam colourbond cladding and the end result was very professionally completed. The quality of the carpentry, joining and finishing of the build were exceptional and faultless. Quite often, Andrew was picking up problems and making sure they were fixed before we even noticed. We couldn't be happier with the end result! To sum up our experience: waiting for the build to start was quite frustrating, but once they started, the building process was completely stress free and just flowed right through to hand over. If we were going to do another build, we would certainly use Selecta Homes. Thank you Michael, Andrew and the Selecta Homes team! Glenn and Nancy @ Bowhill

  In the last two years I've had Selecta build 3 transportable houses for me, from 2 bedrooms to 4. I'm very happy with the final products and the process involved. The houses look great and are very good quality and good value for money. Any issues identified after handover were rectified within a reasonable timeframe. All the staff I dealt with, from the admin staff to the sales consultants to the tradesmen were all very helpful and professional. I would definitely build with Selecta again.
