Handover completed for our Coolum Beach renovation!!!!! We are so happy with not just the result but the process. Building is a stressful time and we have worked with the Wards team from the early planning days, through design and costings, permitting and approvals and of course the building and handover. We would not hesitate to recommend Wards for anyone who is looking for a builder and if we were to ever build again would happily use them. We used Ward Builders for our complete renovation of our penthouse unit at the Sunshine Coast. Jason met up with us and set out a very detailed plan and quote, provided regular updates and explanation for any variation, and he and Bec made themselves freely available for discussion with us at any time. Our Initial consultation with Jason was informative, and in depth, we had to basically restore our swimming pool area, which turned out to be a little more extensive than we initially thought. From Quote to contract, to starting work, demolition and work progress it has been true to what Jason said would happen. Jason offered sound advice, with samples of what product would be used for the decking, and where we could see examples of this composite decking. The demolition and build were carried out by Mark and Jim, with apprentices' Isaac and Franco. The work was carried out smoothly, neatly and in an extremely timely manner, no mess onsite, great consideration was shown to our property, in no way where we ever inconvenienced, even the skip was placed carefully to facilitate optimal access to our garage. Jason organised the electrician Luke, who also carried out a high standard of work, moving our swimming pool electrics and re wiring and sorting out a previously 'not working' outside light - highly commended. The entire project has been delightful, appealing, and carried out with attention to detail. A few extra demands made by us were facilitated, and purposed with the greatest of ease. we are indeed thrilled with the end result, and are enjoying our sleek new pool deck, thanks to a professional, neat build by Ward builders/Sunshine Coast Decks.
