Jack, Jake and the team at Nomad did a renovation of our kitchen, bathroom, roof and driveway earlier this year. The team and all the subcontractors that we had on our job were great! They arrived when they said they would, were very polite and helpful and mostly cleaned up after themselves. We were living in the house while this was going on and everyone tried to make it as minimally impactful to us as possible, which was great. They had a work schedule that was kept on time, with only a few holdups due to weather and unexpected findings, and any modifications that were necessary were properly outlined and costed so we knew exactly what was happening. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole process relatively stress free. We are so pleased with the end results. Our kitchen is stunning, and the bathroom is magazine cover material. We are so happy! Thanks guys, and girls! You have been amazing and if we do further work, you will be our crew! We highly recommend Nomad!

I own a small pub in bondi and the work James and his team did in was more than amazing. Bang for both time and budget. no problem too big and little things not in the scope were easily delt with. Will definently use them again and couldnt recomend the team enough.

We’ve given 5 stars as from day one contact to completion of our fully gutted and renovated unit at Coolum Beach . It was a pleasure to work with the team from Nomad Built. Jake explained everything from how we would start to the finish. All went smoothly. A wonderful team of young contractors who worked very closely with each other and very polite all of the time. Sean Hourigan who oversaw the project was outstanding and helped and guided us many times. We can’t praise him enough. JMF designs were also wonderful all the way. . We had a wonderful experience with the Sydney team from Nomad Built. We renovated two bathrooms and the back half of our home and outdoor area with the amazing team of James, Harry and the ‘two Sean’s’. We lived in the front half of our house with three children for the six month build, so spent a lot of time around the team. Never in a million years would I have expected to be happy to see my builders each day but they were just such lovely people. They were incredible role models for our children - helpful, thoughtful, kind and sensible. They workshopped everything with us with patience and flexibility where required. They had high standards for their own work and those of their subcontractors. We modified and added things as we went for various reasons, as we developed confidence that they would find a way to make our ideas work. Their advice was invaluable and elevated the build. They always had options for us to consider. At every step we could feel how invested they were in doing a great job for us. We are so happy with the renovation and whenever we have visitors or tradespeople through they comment on the excellent quality. I would not want to work with any other builders as I don’t think they could ever compare.
