  Wade recently undertook our extension/remodel of the back end of our house. We can’t thank Wade enough for the dedication and work put into completing this space, tying into an old house has it challenges and Wade took the time to come up with a plan and provide options. Working from home Wade managed the build to have the least impact on our day to day life which we are very grateful for, while keeping us up to date on what to expect and when other trades would be at the job site. Each day everything was left very tidy. Wade has a great eye for detail and quality in his trade. Thankyou for all your efforts and answering all my questions through the weeks! We hope to work together in the future.

  I highly recommend Wade to anyone looking to renovate their home. We chose Wade after meeting with and getting quotes from five different businesses. We went with Wade for several reasons. He listened to what it was that we were trying to achieve, asked the right questions, and pointed out potential items that would need further investigation as to whether it was possible. We felt that the quote / pricing was reasonable and included everything that we had discussed making us feel comfortable there would not be lots of cost variations during the project (which there was not). For our renovation we turned our existing kitchen and dining room into one large kitchen. Converted a storage / utility room into a laundry / kitchenette and redid the bathroom. The kitchen renovation required new plumbing, gas and electricity as we moved the sink and the gas oven. The photos show the before and after of the kitchen and laundry room. We really wanted to make sure we maintained the character of the Queenslander. Wade made this easy by reinstating all the heritage features such as VJ walls, cornicing, and picture rails. We were so happy with the result of the renovation and we felt everything went smoothly. Wade in addition to being a very skilled builder, has excellent project management and communication skills. We were consistently kept in the loop regarding what would be happening when and when decisions would need to be made on things. Sticking to the timeline was important to us as we are expecting a baby shortly. The project was completed on time and did not run over schedule. Wade coordinated all the additional trades (electricians, plumbers, tilers) brilliantly and made sure that their work was at the same high level of quality as Wade’s. The renovation was never stalled due to waiting on different trades being available. Wade is a very genuine person who goes above and beyond to deliver renovations to a very high standard. We will absolutely be using Wade in future for any additional renovations.

He is meticulous with communication and quotes so costs are black and white. I've always been impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship that Wade provides.   Thanks Wade - we are so happy with the results! My partner and I wanted to update our home. We met with Wade after he was recommended on a local Facebook page. This was our first experience with renovating, so we valued Wade’s guidance, approachability and patience. He listened to what we wanted and provided advice on how we could achieve it. What we appreciated most was how easy Wade was to get along with. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Wade consulted with us every step of the way and explained things in a way we could understand. Wade was highly organised and reliable. He ordered supplies ahead of time to avoid delays due to industry-wide supply issues. The whole renovation ran smoothly and was finished on time and on budget. His attention to detail and craftmanship is excellent. We continue to be impressed by the quality of Wade’s work. Our home looks amazing! The results are so much better than we hoped for.
