Not only were the repairs done perfectly, all of the team were so thoughtful of my elderly family member who lives in the home.   Profile Build were tasked with insurance work on our home and from day 1 were great to deal with. The office staff communicated well and when the time came to go ahead, Lloyd, the Supervisor was ready to rock and roll and everything went super smoothly. The work went ahead as scheduled and the trades were on time and everyone polite. Importantly the work to this room was completed to.a high standard. Shout out to Lloyd, Hayden, Luke and the female painter and basically everyone who came here. Work included new ceiling, patching and painting walls in our colour choice and electrical. Thank you so much

  Profile Build was chosen by our insurance company to manage the repairs and have done an amazing job on replacing the entire downstairs timber floors and surrounds due to water damage. From start to completion each trade member was professional and excelled at their trade, easing our discomfort with their friendly professional manner as they completed each part of the renovation. Their quality of work was exceptional and Llyod checked in regularly and insured we were satisfied, gave us ample time of any changes or updates as well as quickly ensuring any adjustments were made in a timely matter. We are really really happy with the end results, definitely highly recommend.

  Profile Build Group were appointed for insurance repair work. The project manager, Lloyd, was amazing. Work was coordinated and carried out without hiccup. All the trades he appointed turned up the day he said they would, ON TIME! They all communicated with me with regards to any downtime and days/times they would be on site. Back to back trades turned up when they were supposed to and the job was done in just over a week. We had plasterers on site and the house was left very clean each day they were there. I was genuinely surprised with how clean they were. We couldn't have been happier. Lloyd also kept in communication with me to enusre I was happy as the work was completed. He is definitely the project manager you want appointed if you are using Profile Build Group.
