Mark and I are almost at 12 months living in our beautiful Morcraft home. Planning phase was great, Ronald was amazing in listening and working through all our plans and ideas. Construction phase was really well planned out with great communication throughout from Roy. We received updates and photos along the way as well as quite a few laughs. A few hiccups occurred with some trades but Darren was quick to rectify all issues. We would definitely build with Morcraft again.

We would Highly Recommend Darren and the team at Morcraft Homes. We love our new home which was finished exactly on the forecasted completion date. They were extremely easy to communicate with and there was no issue too big or too small, but in saying that we had very few issues and all were very minor.

I wanted to share our recent experience working with Darren and the Morcraft Homes team to build our custom-designed new home. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. This made our home truly unique and tailored to exactly what we wanted. The customer service was outstanding, with the team always available to answer our questions and address any concerns promptly. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with every aspect of the build, making us feel valued and heard throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Darren kept us informed at every stage and was always available to answer our questions. As we walk through our home, the commitment to customer satisfaction is very evident in the final product. Even after the construction was completed the post-construction support has been outstanding. The team has been quick to respond to any minor issues that have arisen and has ensured that everything is as we pictured our new home would be. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of the build are exceptional. The quality of materials used and the meticulous construction have exceeded our expectations. In our opinion, our new home is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional thanks to the thoughtful design and layout. At no stage throughout the build did we experience any unexpected “surprises” as we were kept updated and aware of the costs of any additions or alterations. We highly recommend Morcraft Homes to anyone looking to build a quality home. We just recently built with Morcraft (had our handover last month) and it was the best building experience! What a fabulous experience we have had building our first home with Morcraft Homes. From the display home visits, to our custom design, everything has been personalised and we have never felt like just another number, just another customer.
